This unit is a large garden level space with a clean look of ceramic tiles and laminate hardwood flooring through out. The kitchen is new and the unit does have all appliances, a dishwasher, and in unit laundry. There is lots of character in the unit given the exposed brick walls, wood work, and gas fireplace.
